If you’re looking to create your own smokey flavours with ease, then look no further.  Our electric smoker is designed for quick, simple use which makes cooking and cleaning a breeze.  There’s no need to fire up the BBQ, light the charcoal or check fuel supply.  Just add the wood chips, then the produce, turn it on and let it do the rest.

Our electric smoker provides the benefit of cooking food without any added oils or sugar, all while retaining nutritional value. Smoking duration depends on what you are cooking and the weight of the produce. 

It’s versatile and allows you to try new and different ways of preparing meals simply by changing the chips and tasting the difference whether it’s apple smoked pork, hickory smoked beef, or oak smoked salmon.  There are very few limits as to different types of food you can smoke.

Try tossing fresh leaves, stems, or herbs onto the wood chips.  Bay leaves, rosemary, fruit peel, or cinnamon sticks are some examples. Just be sure to add some water, so they don’t burn quickly. 

And the best part is you don’t need to prepare the food hours or days in advance. Nor do you need a huge and expensive machine
