This year, Dimmi – Australia’s number one restaurant reservation service, is offering you an exclusive interactive dining experience pitting iconic Chefs from Sydney and Melbourne against each other to finally settle the score on the long-time rivalry of which city offers the best cuisine in the ‘Young Guns’ presented by Dimmi.

Upon arrival, you will be presented with a glass of champagne. Your host will then go through the concept and historical battle. You will then taste 2 carefully created dishes from a collaboration of iconic Sydney Chefs, Nelly Robinson (Nel.) & Nathan Sasi (Mercado) and Melbourne Chefs, Peter Gunn (IDES) & Charlie Carrington (Atlas) to decide which city will come out on top in the battle for best dish!

This experience includes a glass of champagne upon arrival and two signature dishes created by the ‘Young Gun’ Chefs and most importantly, your say in which city will come out on top.
